United as One Bond Meetings
Bound Registration for Activities & Athletics (Grades 7–12)
Annual registration in Bound is required for all student-athletes in grades 7–12 before they may participate in any athletic practices or competitions. If your student is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the registration through Bound. This registration must be completed ASAP.
When registering, please select all sports and activities your student may participate in during the school year. If additional programs are added later, you will need to complete the registration process again. If your student ultimately decides not to participate in a program you selected, no additional action is required.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER
Student-athletes will need the following ready:
• A completed physical examination form.
• Upload the last page, titled "Medical Eligibility Form," to Bound. If your healthcare provider uses a different form, upload the page(s) that include the date of examination, the physician's signature, and medical eligibility confirmation.
• Do not upload the Concussion/Brain Injury form. Consent for this form is included during the online Bound registration process.
Students participating only in non-athletic activities do not need to upload a physical examination form, but must still complete the Bound registration.

WOW! Day 1 of Youth Volleyball Camp was Fantastic! 60+ girls were in attendance from grades 3rd - 8th grade. The focus for Day 1 centered around the skills of passing and serving. Campers were put into a mix of teams with the HS volleyball players as their coaches. Several drills were run to demonstrate, model and apply proper techniques of passing and serving. We had a lot of fun using beachballs in a passing challenge and playing Feed the Dinosaur for a serving game. Campers had to hit the dinosaur’s mouth (various hula hoops on the floor) to earn team points. The younger kids played 6 on 6 to try to get a good pass to target, while the older kids had fun playing Wave and Queen of the Court. Each session ended with campers receiving their t-shirt and a sweet ice cold treat. The HS coaching staff and HS volleyball players are looking forward to just as much fun tomorrow with our younger players!
