Congratulations to our Pocahontas Area Middle School Girls Track & Field team on an outstanding performance at the IATC Mike Henderson Girls MS Championships on Saturday at Waukee Northwest High School!

PAC earned six Top-8 medal finishes and had many season-best performances throughout the meet.

Many of our Student-Athletes also recorded season-best performances and continued to show tremendous growth throughout the season.

Pending board approval, Pocahontas Area is excited to announce the hiring of Maddie Schoening as the new Head Dance Coach for the Pocahontas Area Trendsetters!

Maddie’s passion for dance, enthusiasm for working with students, and vision for the future of the program were evident throughout the hiring process. We are excited for her to lead and continue building a positive and successful experience for our dancers both on and off the floor.
