🍦📚 ATTENDANCE MATTERS AT PAC! Every day at school counts! ❤️🖤 Being here each day means more opportunities to learn, grow, build friendships, and be part of our school community. 🤯 Did you know? 📅 Missing just 1 day of school each week adds up to around 36 days missed during a 180-day school year! 📚 Missing 10% of the school year is considered chronic absenteeism. In a 180-day school year, that’s just 18 days… or about 2 days each month! That’s why we’re making attendance something to CELEBRATE at PAC Elementary! 🎉🙌 During the month of September, we kicked off our schoolwide Attendance Initiative! Each grade worked together to earn 10 scoops of ice cream for their cone. 🍦 Every day of great attendance helped them get closer to their goal! And guess what?! 👀 🎉🍨 EVERY. SINGLE. GRADE. MADE IT! 🍨🎉 That meant an ICE CREAM PARTY for everyone! 🥳🍦 Our students worked together, showed up, and earned themselves a pretty SWEET reward! We are so proud of our students and families for making attendance a priority. ❤️🖤 Keep showing up, PAC! 🎉❤️🖤 CHARACTER STRONG ASSEMBLY! We had our first Character Strong Assembly of the year on Friday, and it was a GREAT one! 🙌🎶 This month, we celebrated RESPECT! ⭐ Each classroom teacher nominated one boy and one girl who have done an outstanding job showing respect throughout the past month. Our specials teachers also recognized students who have stood out in their classes by showing great character, kindness, a strong work ethic, and so much more! 👏❤️ And, of course, being recognized comes with one of the students’ FAVORITE assembly traditions… getting to compete against the adults in a game! 😂🏆 The competition was fierce, the cheering was loud, and there may have been just a little friendly heckling of the staff! 😜 Our students always look forward to these assemblies! Between dancing to the good music 💃🕺, doing the Chief PAC Quack Wave 🙌, cheering on their classmates 📣, giving the staff a hard time 😂, and celebrating all the awesome things happening at PAC Elementary, there is never a dull moment! We also announced the 2026-2027 student council members from the 6th grade class! Most importantly, we love having the chance to come together as a school and celebrate our students for being GREAT humans! ❤️🖤 👏 Congratulations to all of our Respect and Specials Award recipients! The Third and Fourth Graders have been learning about bells in music class from a song called Frère Jacques, a song about Brother John who is sleeping through his duties of ringing the morning bells. They had the privilege of visiting the Catholic Church to learn about the three bells in the church: Bernard, Conrad, and Margaret. The students got to hear all three bells rung at the same time (which has not happened in many years). The students then got to perform Frère Jacques for the volunteers at the church.

Please help make sure your kiddos are aware! Harvest is starting soon and we want everyone to stay safe! Please don't walk through the elevator parking lot or driveways stick to the sidewalks.

We’re excited to invite our PAC Youth Volleyball girls to join us for Tuesday night’s home volleyball match at GTRA!

⏰ JV – 5:30 PM | Varsity to follow

Before warm-ups, our Youth Volleyball girls will have the opportunity to join our PAC volleyball players on the court. We’ll also take a few moments to recognize our Youth Volleyball program and summer camp!

👕 Girls who attended summer camp are encouraged to wear their camp T-shirt.

🏐 Girls who participate in our Youth Volleyball program but did not attend camp are encouraged to wear their youth volleyball jersey.

We can’t wait to have our future PAC volleyball players in the gym and cheering on our Indians! ❤️🖤

🏆 Happy National Athletic Director’s Week! 🏆 Today we’re giving a BIG shoutout to Lincoln Vorba for the many hats he wears and all the work he does behind the scenes to keep PAC athletics running smoothly! Being an Athletic Director means a whole lot more than showing up on game day. Lincoln is busy finding officials, lining up games and events, managing gym and facility schedules, coordinating transportation and logistics, communicating schedule changes, supporting coaches, helping student-athletes, preparing for home events, solving last-minute problems, and tackling about a hundred other things most of us never even see! 😅 From the big decisions to the little details, so much goes into giving our student-athletes the opportunity to compete, grow, and represent PAC. ❤️🖤 Thank you, Lincoln, for your leadership, dedication, flexibility, and all the extra time you put in for our students, coaches, school, and community.
