Congratulations to Kellen Kinkade, Delaney Janssen, Jack Gerdes and Bodee Madsen for earning a Gold rating on the Farm Business Management contest and placing 14th overall out of 106 teams. Special mention to Kellen Kinkade for placing 8th overall as an individual out of 388 participants.

Today at our 2026 PAC Home Girls Golf Invite, our seniors and Head Coach Leon Johnson were honored and recognized. Coach Johnson, Head Girls Golf Coach and High School Math Teacher, will retire following the conclusion of the 2025-2026 academic year.
We thank Mr. Johnson for his years of dedication, leadership, and service to Pocahontas Area. His impact on our students, Student-Athletes, and school community will be felt for years to come.
Congratulations to our seniors on their accomplishments. A special thank you to Amanda Allen for her contributions and organization behind the scenes in helping make this day so special for everyone involved!
